波多黎各自治邦（英语：TheCommonwealthofPuertoRico，西班牙语：EstadoLibreAsociadodePuertoRico），简称波多黎各，位于加勒比海的大安的列斯群岛东部。包罗波多黎各岛及别克斯、库莱夫拉等小岛。北临大西洋，南临加勒比海、东与美属维尔京群岛、英属群岛隔水相望，西隔莫纳海峡同多米尼加共和国为邻。首府为圣胡安。做为美国的自治区，波多黎各住户为美国黎民，不参加美国的领袖推举，但有权推举一名无表决权的美国众议院专员。
